The mission of the company is to help in continual improvement of IT services in all areas where they are provided. The main activity is the provision of accredited trainings and consulting in the field of IT Service Management.

The quality of IT services depends on the efficiency of each entrepreneur or institution. ITIL® , ITSM and PRINCE2® are worldwide accepted best practices in IT service management or project management. For approving the quality there are also developed ISO standards such as ISO20000.
