Company ITSM&CI was established 1.7.2016. The mission of the company is to help in continual improvement of IT services in all areas where they are provided. The main activity is the provision of accredited trainings and consulting in the field of IT Service Management.
The first step to provide services in high quality is to be informed, understand principles and adopt best practices. The most worldwide accepted approach to IT service management is ITIL®(1). Other activities of ITSM&CI are consulting and support, we help to solve day-to-day problems associated with the operation of IT services. We will visit you personally or we connect remotely with TeamViewer (http://itsmci.com/en/my-services/online-support/). You do not need to be familiar with TeamViewer, with our help you can either run it without installation or install into your computer.
Besides of that we can help you to translate documents from English to Slovak or the other way, we can copy your VHS to DVD or do other support according to your needs – write your request into the form and we will answer you in 24 hours.
